Another header from Photofunia

I forgot to mention the site being responsible for last month’s header. For February, the best thing they had to celebrate Valentine’s Day (formerly Lupercalia) was a pair of rusted padlocks, something people have for years in Paris’ Pont des Arts to show their love. The French or Parisian authorities are now cutting the locks off because they’re allegedly threatening the famous bridge.
