Out of curiosity, why the animosity towards Visa/Mastercard here? The only thing they could do any different would be to have ways to get you a replacement card faster.

Aside from that, it’s pretty unlikely that your card was swiped through Netflix or Teefury. More likely, it was skimmed locally by a shady restaurant, gas station, or similar, and then the thieves sold your numbers over the Internet. That’s by far the most common way numbers are stolen and used.

They were resting up a lot of players this weekend in prep for the playoffs, and rotating in rookies who hadn’t played (Faksa, Todd, McKenzie) to get them a little game experience. They weren’t going to catch the points championship, and Toronto had very unlikely scenarios to catch them for the #1 seed, so they kept Morin, Fortunus, and Nemeth in the press box last night, and started Nilstorp in net (I expect Campbell to be the 1A goalie for the playoffs).

Ah, this is good thing. I was annoyed at first, but it’s a convenience thing really. So I got with the program and have a few big bags that I use now. Interestingly, some of the companies’ official positions on this are they “do not” support this. I’d guess that’s so they don’t offend some customers.

Have they considered a fungal infection? The more antibiotics the worse it gets.

Many studies have found people with chronic sinus infections find out they are fungal.

You may need to start a sugar free life for awhile. not fun…been there done that.

They actually wouldn’t have called interference. It would have been an awarded goal! Had there been a goalie on the ice, it would have been a penalty shot, but if not, they just call it a goal anyway.

I actually liked Dreadnaught and would have liked her crew to have been the Next Gen crew when the show was first announced. As far as superb novels, here's a few I can remember off the top of my head that you didn't cover: Vendetta by Peter David: Next Gen + Borg + new Doomsday Machine = Awesome Federation by the Reeves-Stevens: Truly the only classic Trek/Next Gen crossover that really worked and easily the best "what it means to be a Federation Captain of a starship" ever written. My Enemy, My Ally by Diane Duane: The best depiction of the Romulans ever and we get a Horta crew member to boot! How Much For Just The Planet? by John M. Ford: Ford shows that his incredible talent for writing depth and seriousness in The Final Reflection translates just as easily into comedy.

I said Disney would be imitating Pixar if the short was a preview of what Disney plans for their next feature. Ownership has nothing to do with strategies since corporations also build up silos between their brands, divisions and studios. However, Pixar is getting folded into Disney's general mediocrity as Cars 2 and Brave demonstrated.
