Happy 80th Birthday Gordie Howe!

Mr. Hockey himself! The picture is from the day before because I suppose the Red Wings didn’t play today. One thing I did learn from Wikipedia about him today was that despite Gretzky surpassing his record on goals and points in the NHL or NHL-WHA combined, Gordie will always have the most professional games under his belt at 2421, NHL and WHA combined. It’s doubtful the world will ever see another player have a career as long as his despite all the jokes about Chris Chelios. Still no news on the alleged movie about his days in the WHA lately.
