Most doctors will tell you that 30 minutes/day of cardio-based exercise is the goal to stay in decent shape. The time objective I’m working toward is 150 minutes/week which is a ways off.
However, I did achieve an average distance target for 2013 and I think it’s a record compared to 2011 and 2012.

Today I have averaged two miles/day running for 2013. The lifetime number remains sorely lacking, 1.4 miles/day.
Should I keep plugging away at the current daily distance I cover (three-plus, four-plus on weekends), I think I’ll close the year out with 2.5/day.
