Today I set a new record via my Apple Watch, as it says above, I have achieved my Exercise and Move goals for 13 days in a row for the first time. The last goal accomplished was 12 days via running on the treadmill around April of this year. Sure, it’s easier on a stationary bike but fear not, I will be pushing this out to a higher number with running when I get my weight down to a safer level for my knees.
