It went pretty well. Still hurt like the dickens whenever I stretched or did any activity involving my left arm straightening out. The key thing I needed which I put into the success category was typing! Ergo, my fingers and hands are A-OK! What made it even better? My new 27″ ViewSonic LED-backed display arrived. So many things go smoothly when you have 27″ of workspace over ~14″. It dovetails over to my personal crap too, namely GarageBand which really craves the virtual real estate to finish my old mix tapes. I think this puppy will also bring me home on time more often. Quicken stuff is easier to juggle with two displays.
Meanwhile, I got a confirmed appointment with Austin Regional Clinic this upcoming Monday to make sure my elbow is healing correctly. I would’ve preferred the clinic at my job but they’re only doing remote stuff. I need an expert to feel the wounded area and make my tear up as they bend the elbow and go, “Does this hurt much?” Then I know I’ve earned any possible painkillers from Walgreen’s.
