Yeah, yeah, it’s May Fourth…Star Wars, Star Wars, Star Wars. However, I’ve chosen to go with this awesome piece of fan art by an immensely talented lady in Romania who goes by the handle of Madam Marla. You can see more at this link and I will be adding a button/link to her Deviantart page. MM answered my e-mail very quickly about a commission I would like to have done for my birthday of something similar even though most D&D players I’ve known are male. Be prepared to hear from me about your favorite character at the table if we’ve played. I don’t want to tax MM’s patience but I wonder if she’s comfortable with non-Disney characters. Again, I’ll let you know because I’m very impressed.
This picture is also appropriate due to some Disney-on-ice thing coming to the CPC and the theme is Rockin’ Princesses. Hey, cool ladies who aren’t afraid to play a tabletop game is rockin’ in my opinion. I envy the younger generation. When I was a teenager in the Eighties, ladies rarely played D&D. It was considered socially unacceptable for stupid reasons. I would also blame the socially retarded male players contributing to the problem.
Enjoy and fellow gamers, send me your suggestions of which Disney human or other character you would be if I (hopefully, Bugs Bunny) were the DM.
