Yesterday, Kris celebrated her birthday. I love this lady (like an aunt) because she was my patron to put me back in Austin. The city which has become my adopted home and she helped me return after a string of disastrous events. Kris is also getting married! She told me there was a fact-finding mission to Las Vegas last week or the one before to get everything together for November. What timing. I will be there tomorrow! I did receive the green light to purchase a wedding-honeymoon present, a ticket to the zombie-killing package at the LV Gun Store, after I get a “yes” vote from the other citizen of the Maggi Republic, it went up to $175.
Today is Jeremy’s. A great friend for about as long as I’ve been an official employee of Apple. He’s really lucky. When we’re at the Stars v. Griffins game, they will wish him happy birthday with all the season-ticket holders. Nice! I think his gift is going to be late. Jeremy doesn’t play as much D&D anymore, his son Ben is a much cooler toy if you’ve seen the movies; the kid loves to play peek-a-boo! After Las Vegas, I’ll think of something and/or enlist the help of his wife KK.
