I was a tad absent-minded on implementing the obvious changes on my site Friday. Again, it slipped my mind which was annoying, I had the snowy header ready to go. A little nod to the horrible weather I left behind 23 years ago and have never looked back. When you mention how awesome it is to have just extended Falls during the Winter months, you often hear the rationale from your northern friends saying, “I’d miss the change of seasons.” Yeah, keep telling yourself that lie. If you can’t tell when it is when you look out the window, check a calendar.
Above is my new Playmobil-NHL advent calendar to help me and my work neighbors on how close we are to Christmas. The dates appear to be all over the place. As of now, all I have on the rink (technically, a sheet) are the blue player (1), his helmet (2) and pucks (3). I’m guessing the Stanley Cup is for 25.
