At least this campaign has guts, unlike last year’s

I’m glad to see that someone in the NHL has a sense of humor with this ad campaign. It does bring some levity to the gambling problems in pro sports and the distasteful crimes of Michael Vick. Somehow Gary Bettman will find a way to spoil this since it could draw attention to the Rick Tocchet and Mark Bell scandals, oh wait, since the NHL is barely on US TV, I highly doubt anyone really knew, nor cared.

I did like most of ESPN.com’s Page 2 fake billboards, they were funny. I don’t get the NY Rangers one though. I’ll have to think of one for the Flyers in time, they were so awful last season, it will be hard to narrow it down.
