Stonehenge Beta?

I did catch a little bit of news on the discovery of second site but only now have I gotten around to reading more details. It’s pretty amazing what the Guardian article states so far. Hopefully I’ll remember to check back when the scientists get the results of the radio-carbon dating process.

I do want to pitch a theory about it. I think they’ve found the original Stonehenge and the original residents were suckered into tearing it down to build the larger, more expensive one we all know today. Otherwise, the professional sports team would move to Wales or Scotland which were willing to build a competing site with corporate skyboxes. This worked for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago White Sox.

Come to think of it, I will follow this story since the Stonehenge incident from This is Spinal Tap took place in Austin; not really, the movie was completely shot in LA, the subtitle stating where the band was during the tour said Austin.
