The new publisher of Playboy, Scott Flanders (upcoming coincidence?), may have convinced Hef that the aging magazine can’t compete with all the free material on the Internet by having Marge Simpson on the cover.
I love cartoons, but I don’t love them that much. Still, I’ll probably buy it so see what kind of jokes, etc. the publication does contain. This season does represent the show’s 20th season, why not do something a bit risky, in the minds of people who were born before 1980. Somara will chuckle because she doesn’t feel threatened over a periodical which has spent more time reviewing hi-fis, the war on drugs and the latest claptrap from Norman Mailer than showing relatively tame nudie pictures.
