The Red Wings tied the 20-game-at-home winning streak held by Boston (1929-30) and Philly (1976) which puts them in great company. I’m not entirely thrilled that this came at the expense of my team but we did make it close, 4-3.
I won’t mind the Wings breaking the record tomorrow evening. I only wish it were against another opponent, Dallas doesn’t need another loss. Fear not, I’m not turning into a Stars fan by AHL proxy, I’m just a fan of the coach and players who get promoted.
