Saturday mornings are often “paperwork” time. It’s when I go over the receipts, statements and check all the online balances. I’m glad to say we are really starting to pick up steam on our house. There was a minor setback when we refinanced in 2008…thinking about doing it again to get an even lower rate, we have great credit. I’ll take a lower payment every month since that’ll make owning it easier than rushing to pay it off.
Tonight, I think I will hold a little ceremony with Somara in the latest sector we gained. Have a quick toast to celebrate how we gained this part in nine months while the pace I thought we were on was 10!
