An awesome nod to two of the biggest cartoons of the Nineties. Rugrats from 1991 and for a while, the longest running cartoon on Nickelodeon and The Powerpuff Girls which debuted around 1998 to the Cartoon Network their first, original hit show; until Adventure Time. I love the nods to Tommy’s favorite show/character as the prize inside and to the secret ingredient which gives Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles their powers.
