My only gripe with the Mental Floss article is its brevity. Only 11 entries? Pop/Rock music has hundreds! Queen and Men at Work I already knew. The Eagles didn’t need much work to figure out, those guys were hitting the substances pretty hard during their Hotel California period.
In light of David Bowie’s first new record in 10 years, maybe they could enlighten us all with the homo-erotic elements in “Moonage Daydream” that still doesn’t upset the most homophobic Classic Rock fanatic. Then again, those dudes probably still have their Rush Hemispheres posters!
