OK, to be fair, this isn’t truly crappy. I could just see this being given to a male child from a grandmother or aunt. “Billy, you said you really like the Muppets and you wanted a Big Wheel so I thought this was perfect.” Little boys are pretty touchy about their “manly” identity with certain colors and characters, ergo, most would be pretty upset. I know I would be at that age.
This was also a real product. If you see the watermark below the rear wheel, the customized Big Wheel was a price from The Price is Right. It is not somebody’s incredible Photohop work.
