New Chucks for May 2020, part 2
This pair falls under a design group Converse chose to call Animal Prints. As you can see, the shoes are supposed to resemble fish scales but it’s just printed into the canvas. Pretty cool in my opinion.
Letterkenney comes to Texas

Damned Converse and their 20% Off Sale in April. They knew May was going to be a three-paycheck month. On the upside, the 20% was in addition to shoes already marked on sale or clearance. I ended up making my … Continue reading

How non-empathetic people deal with illness
Not that Depression is ever gone be it a mental state or the Republicans driving the World Economy into the ditch every generation. But despite the Pandemic, I’m feeling pretty decent because the worst of everything surrounding the divorce is … Continue reading
Happy Caturday for May 2020
I am so guilty of all of the above happening to me with the numerous kitties in my life…and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When you hear their contented purring and they stare at you with half-awake eyes, … Continue reading
LEGO® Droids play Star Wars Anthem
With this being May the Fourth be with You weekend, it’s only fitting to show off this guy’s LEGO Droid project I saw via a LEGO rumor site.
Welcome May and this month’s header
Onward to what will probably be our second full month of being in the Pandemic Shirt Storm so what better Header is there than a Horror movie! May 2020 is also the 40th anniversary of the Friday the 13th series. Now … Continue reading
“Stay in place” orders are over in Texas, wait n’ see
We’re far from being out of the woods yet. I plan to be still wandering about with my newish mask and a two-ouncer of hand sanitizer. When I don’t need to be anywhere, I’m going to be home, enjoying my … Continue reading
